Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 7, 2026
The short version
NeverLate does not collect, store, or sell any of your personal information. Your data stays on your device.
Data collection
NeverLate does not collect any data. We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no accounts. The app runs entirely on your device.
Calendar data
NeverLate accesses your calendar events through Apple EventKit and the Google Calendar API to display your schedule and set alarms. This data is:
- Read directly from your calendar providers
- Processed entirely on your device
- Never transmitted to any external server
- Never stored beyond the current session (except minimal data shared with the home screen widget via your device's App Group container)
Third-party services
If you connect your Google Calendar, NeverLate uses Google Sign-In to authenticate. Google's own privacy policy applies to that authentication. NeverLate only requests read-only access to your calendar events and does not store your Google credentials.
Data selling
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to any third party. Period.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. But honestly, the plan is to keep it this simple forever.
